Spring Mini Sessions with Crazy Daisy Photography ~ Mauston Photographers

After rescheduling from a snowy day, a week later we got the perfect day to hold our Spring Mini's!! I teamed up with my studio partner, Tina from Crazy Daisy Photography this year and we had an awesome turn out.

Originally our clients were getting 10 images, 5 from each of us... but it was such a beautiful day and our clients were all awesome so I am guessing they will be getting a few more than just 10!!  Thanks to everyone who made the day awesome!!!

Studio Sessions and Awaiting Spring!!

It is only the start of April and I am playing catch up... it is awesome!! I LOVE that I am completely busy even though there has been piles of snow, brown mud all over our shoes, and no green grass to be seen.

A preview of a few of my studio sessions over the last month and more to come!! On the last group, you will see a hint of spring in the air with the melting snow!! So glad we made it outside for a few!

Catching up...

I already need to play catch up for the year on blogging. It has been a whirl wind for me this year. After over 10 years at one position I made a leap and switched jobs at the same time that we were selling a van, buying a car, taking a trip to Florida, refinancing our home, and all the other things that happen with life.

 

Here is a little bit of what I have been up to this year. I want to say thank you to each one of you that support me in my photography. It is truly what I love to do and you all make it possible!!

 

First up, Hailey!!  She turned 1 in January!!

 

Teygan is 6 months and growing so fast!! So adorable!!

Natalie was born. Look at that little grin!!

I volunteered with Crazy Daisy Photography at a fundraiser hosted by Friends of the New Lisbon Library. These ladies were a blast bringing in their own props!!!

The Cousins. This was a surprise for their Grandma. This one was tough to get them all to sit for us, but we got it. And that space in-between... that is for their cousin/brother Noah who is watching over them all from above daily.

Hopefully soon I can share more from this session, but for now, the ring. LOVE it.

Nick and Kayla! Their wedding will kick off the season for me in May!!  I am looking forward to capturing their first moments as husband and wife!

This was a new one for me... Norm's Bar and Grill in Lyndon Station was hosting an adult prom. No prom is complete without a photographer!

Ellie 16 Days

I know, I know... it has been FOREVER since I have done a blog post! I will soon catch it up with all the session I have done this year, but I am going to kick it off with Ellie.  She is 16 days new in these pictures.  She did not want me to pose her hands so we just went with what she would give us. :)

 

I LOVE newborns it is no secret, so I was really excited to get the call from Ellie's mom. It means so much to me when parents trust in me to capture those first memories of their little ones!!

 



Amelia is 2!!!

So it was raining off and on for Amelia's session but we decided to go for it. These are a bit different than my normal edits, but they haziness seemed to go with the day.  This is my third session with Amelia and she is so sweet!!  Shy at first, but after about 20 minutes she starts to warm up!!

I am excited to say that he mommy is having another little girl!!  Some pictures of her baby bump are below too!!

Sweet Scout ~ 4 Months

I was completely honored to be able to take Scout's 4 month photos!!  Scout's mom is a life long friend of mine and god-mother to my oldest daughter.  They have recently moved back from Colorado and are looking for new opportunity in the Wisconsin area to be closer to family.  It is going to be great having them close by!!

As you can see, she is completely adorable and is always happy and smiling... except maybe when an odd woman is hovering around her with a big black thing!!

I can't wait for our next session!!!!!
